Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

ExclusivIT delivers across Belgium and multiple European countries.

Main delivery countries:
Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany

Additional European destinations:
Greece, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (minimum order amount: 135 GBP)

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us for a personalized shipping quote.

2. Shipping Methods

Depending on destination, product dimensions and weight, we work with trusted international carriers:

  • DPD
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Freight services for shipments over 31.5 kg

For customers in Belgium, we also offer:

  • Scheduled delivery by ExclusivIT (by appointment): €50

We will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and selected carrier.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated during checkout.

4. International Shipments (Outside the EU)

For shipments outside the European Union, Belgian VAT (21%) will automatically be deducted at checkout once the shipping address is entered.

Local customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Insurance & Secure Transport

All shipments are fully insured for the total value of the order.

We take particular care in packaging high-value and sensitive equipment to ensure safe transport.

6. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier, and are provided at checkout whenever possible.

Delivery times may vary due to product availability or external carrier conditions.

7. Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully before signing for delivery.

If visible damage is observed, we recommend noting it with the carrier and contacting us immediately at info@exclusivit.eu.

This allows us to activate transport insurance and resolve the issue efficiently.

8. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to their operational conditions.
