1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email at info@exclusivit.eu within the 14-day period.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition
- Be unused and undamaged
- Include original packaging and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Products showing signs of use beyond normal inspection may be subject to a partial refund reflecting any loss in value, in accordance with EU regulations.
3. Return Procedure
All returns must be requested prior to shipment.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange and cover return shipping.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@exclusivit.eu so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may also be issued as store credit at your request.
8. Exchanges
To ensure availability, exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.
