Pylon Diamond 18 MKII – Audiophile Bookshelf Loudspeakers
The Pylon Diamond 18 MKII is a premium 2-way bookshelf speaker designed for music lovers who want true high-fidelity sound without the footprint of floorstanding speakers. Hand-assembled in Poland, the Diamond 18 MKII balances rich, full-bodied sound with precise imaging and a smooth top end, making it ideal for both refined stereo listening and immersive home theater configurations.
Handcrafted Polish Audio Excellence
At the heart of the Diamond 18 MKII are a specially tuned 18 cm cellulose mid-woofer and a 19 mm soft dome tweeter from Scan-Speak, housed in a rigid, acoustically optimized MDF enclosure. The crossover has been upgraded in the MKII version to use high-quality components, ensuring phase accuracy and detailed instrument separation across the full spectrum.
Wide Compatibility & Versatile Placement
With a sensitivity of 88 dB and a 4-ohm impedance, the Diamond 18 MKII is amplifier-friendly, working beautifully with both solid-state and tube electronics. Its extended bass response down to 37 Hz allows it to perform confidently without the need for a subwoofer in smaller to medium rooms.
Refined Aesthetic Finishes
Available in over 20 finishes—including matte, lacquered, and real wood veneers—the Diamond 18 MKII blends seamlessly into any listening environment. Magnetic grilles are included, and the rear bass reflex port makes placement near walls possible with careful tuning.
